You've set up the process well - identify the problem and then develop a strategy to change it. But, What would you recommend as steps to actually implement the changes into the organization? I've read many of the leading books on change management, and very few ever seem to actually get to the matter of making the change happen. I just read Transforming Corporate Culture by two leading change management experts in the U.S. In their book, they recommend concrete steps leaders can take to put the necessary changes into place in the organization. It's been tremendously helpful to me and my peers as we've worked to make some major changes at our firm. I'd be curious if you've read it or have additional suggestions. Thanks! http://www.corporateculturepros.com

Thanks for this excellent read, Roan. I'm working on communities myself, using gamification tools, but it was always difficult for me to explain the "why" to others. These insights will greatly help. Good luck and kind regards from Belgium.
